Please be very careful when you buy a pre-owned fur. The fur pelts can be dried out and damaged, having rips and cracks that you cannot see or feel. It may also be shedding or have a bad odor. We deal with this situation on a daily basis.
People spend thousands of dollars on used furs from third parties and used clothing stores thinking they’re getting a bargain, only to find out the fur was damaged by improper care and their money was wasted because they cannot return it for a refund. If you want to buy a used fur from a private party, a used clothing store or any other resource, please bring it to us (if possible) and we will give you our honest assessment on the condition of your fur free of charge.
